About - Water Level Sensor
Renke water level sensor measures the height of water or other liquids and converts it into an digital signal output. It features a built-in high precision diffused silicon sensing element, offering strong resistance to interference and high measurement accuracy. Our water level sensor includes automatic temperature compensation to correct thermal drift and effectively reduce measurement errors. It is an ideal solution for indoor and outdoor level monitoring and can be connected to computers, controllers, or PLC systems.
Advantages
The removable protective cap at the front of water level sensor not only protects the sensing diaphragm but also allows liquid to flow smoothly into contact with it. The waterproof cable and stainless steel probe are designed with a sealed structure to ensure a secure connection, enabling long term underwater operation. The sensor integrates a micro signal processing circuit and supports remote transmission. It adopts a core auto calibration algorithm to effectively reduce fluctuations caused by water surface movement.
Our level sensor offers excellent stability and reliability. It features reverse polarity protection and instant overcurrent and overvoltage protection, meeting EMI protection requirements to prevent circuit damage from incorrect wiring. The probe is made of 316L stainless steel with a 45 degree arc cone design, which helps prevent sludge and debris from entering and also provides impact resistance.

What precautions should be taken during use?
- The level sensor can be installed vertically, inclined, or horizontally in tanks or vessels. Ensure that the probe is not buried or blocked by sludge or debris.
- When connecting the power supply, strictly follow the wiring instructions in the manual. Incorrect wiring may damage the signal conditioning circuit.
- In conditions with significant medium fluctuations, measures should be taken to stabilize the probe, such as adding weights.
- The vented cable provides critical atmospheric compensation. During installation, avoid excessive tightening or sharp bending to prevent blockage of the vent tube. The vent opening should face downward to prevent rainwater ingress. During use, avoid abrasion, puncture, or damage to the cable.
